Convenient refurbish/refresh kit for servicing the preamplifier and output amplifier stages of the following Bang & Olufsen models:
Beomaster 6500
Beomaster 7000
This kit covers the following circuits:
– Preamplifier
– Tonecontrol
– Source selector
– Output power amplifier
– Voltage regulators
This kit contains high quality components, capacitors and trimming resistors to restore and upgrade sound quality.
New high quality WIMA and other audio grade capacitors will replace the original general purpose types in selected positions in the signal paths.
The kit also contains new trimmers for setting the idle currents in the output stages.
Component location charts can be downloaded using links in the order confirmation e-mail.
Basic electronic tools and knowledge is required to replace the components in the kit and to adjust the trimmers.
For correct setting of idle currents please refer to the service manual.
