Leaf blade switch contact set for Bang & Olufsen Beogram 4000
The “leaf and bridge”-type switch contacts are used for the operating panel, for the carriage position switches found on the circuit board under the carriage and for the muting and other functions at the left side of the carriage.
This set consists of:
17 contact blades
6 contact bridges with centered (mirrored) PCB-pins
5 contact bridges with diagonally arranged PCB-pins.
The original contact parts are known to oxidize heavily causing all kinds of malfunctions.
These new parts are plated to prevent oxidation.
Cleaning the original contact parts is possible, but it will still require disassembly, and it will not prevent the forming of new oxidation anyways, so replacing the original parts is recommended.
These are direct replacements for original part# 7550050 (bridge), 7500051 (blade) and 7500061 (bridge).
